The Workshop
In our Flower Essence workshop, you will embark on a transformative journey rooted in the traditional Andean way of creating your own potent flower essence with your local plants. This immersive experience includes a preparational video lesson guiding you on how to choose the plants that are most beneficial for you, aswell as how&when to harvest them in harmony with Mother Earth.
During our 2h Workshop, we’ll journey to our soul purpose and find our intention for the flower essence. Together, we’ll each prepare our own medicine with flowers and herbs harvested from our local environment. We’ll infuse the flower essence with our prayers and intentions, co-creating a potent elixir that resonates with the Earth and our soul's journey. In her classes she transmits the core of the Andean Tradition in a pure and authentic way while alchemizing it with her own experiences of walking in harmony and service of Pachamama and the nature forces for over 8 years.
