This was the message that I continously received from Pachamama, the majestic mountains, and my wise elders while I was in the heart of the Andes, Peru.
This apprenticeship is the culmination of walking the sacred path of the Pampamesayok-the earthkeeper- for the past 10 years with unwavering integrity, profound humbleness, and boundless joy.
And I invite you on this journey with me, with the earth and your soul.

In this 6 month apprenticeship you dive deep into the ancient cosmovision and practices of the Q'ero, the descendents of the Inka. By creating your own Mesa, your personal alter of light you you build deep connections with Pachamama, the mountains, the stars and the elements. The most powerful forces of the natural world become your sacred guides.
The Mesa will become your anchor in stormy times, the most powerful ally to call in a new timeline and activate your highest frequency. The sacred Mesa teachings are your gateway into reconnecting with your soul, activate your innate gifts and purpose.
I will teach you authentic Q’ero wisdom to activate the remembering of the truth of who you are - your own medicine. Through the simple and effective energy practices and rituals you will become the master alchemist of your life.

What is the Mesa?
The Mesa is a sacred medicine bundle that carries all your connections to the sacred nature beings of this world.
Those connections hold the power of the mountains, the sacred elements, the nurturing embrace of Pachamama, whose life force flows through every fiber of your being, the ancestors, and much more.
They're represented in "Khuyas," powerful stones held by a sacred weaving that not only binds them but also intricately maps the unique tapestry of your soul's journey—its challenges, triumphs, and inherent wisdom.
The Mesa is a personal and portable altar, a sacred space you carry with you, allowing you to establish a profound connection to the divine, no matter where you are. It serves as an anchor in stormy times, a place to rest and recalibrate your energy, and a way to connect more deeply with the wisdom and strength of the Earth.

This 6-month journey within an intimate and supportive container designed for deep transformation.
This program features weekly live calls held with a small, dedicated group, ensuring ample space for every question and a truly personal learning experience. This intentionally small setting fosters a close-knit environment where you can learn and grow alongside others on a similar path. Week by week you are going to build your Mesa, learn ancient practices and deepen on your soul's path.
Beyond our regular sessions, you'll immerse yourself in two powerful live ceremonies: a vibrant Pachamama Celebration and a sacred Solstice Festival in December. These ceremonies will deepen your connection to ancient traditions and the rhythms of the Earth.
You'll also gain access to a comprehensive practice library, offering resources to support your learning and integration.
And crucially, we prioritize nervous system-safe learning with built-in integration breaks, allowing you to truly absorb and embody the wisdom shared.
In between lessons, a private group provides a sacred space to share your experiences, insights, and continue your growth with your fellow travelers.

My elders share that Earth's reality depends on our collective consciousness, recognizing no judgment based on skin color or heritage; we are all interconnected.
A keeper of the earth cares for all beings of Pachamama—animals, plants, mountains, and humanity—extending compassion globally. Healing is a birthright for everyone, regardless of background.
The Andean tradition is moral-free and open, preserved for this exact time: when Western hearts open to remember Earth and heart medicine they've forgotten. This medicine belongs to Pachamama, and so do we.

To remember is your birthright; to live in right relationship is the way. This is rooted in an ancient prophecy, often spoken of as the Condor (East) and Eagle (West) flying wing to wing. As my teachers say, the "new times" or "golden times" will be marked by the return of the Inka as a holy couple, symbolizing strength and harmony in unity. And this will happen when the collective consciousness of all humankind will reach a certain level.
When we heal, awaken, and experience more joy and connection, the collective consciousness rises—a better life for you means a better life for all. A grounded person with deep connections, love, and compassion treats others and the Earth better than one who is disconnected.

The medicine I am sharing is rooted in almost a decade of deep study in the ancient Andean Wisdom Tradition, directly with the Q'ero and other Andean elders, the original keepers of this sacred knowledge.
I don’t just teach this work; I live it. I embody it every day, bridging the timeless wisdom of the Andes with the demands and realities of our modern world.
My background in understanding the human body, nervous system, mind, and psychology allows me to create a unique blend of practical, effective guidance that’s deeply soulful and authentic.

The practices you learn in this program focus on are mainly about yourself – taking care of your energy field, communicating with your spirit allies, building a team of allies, finding your medicine.
There will be a second part of this program coming in 2026,which will be the path of the healer. This extended program builds on this foundation of this program and you will learn how to use your Mesa, Connection to the cosmos to heal the soul and energy field of a person. Some of these practices featured in the path of the healer will include animo waqay (soul retrieval), to heal the 9 temples of the heart, do illumination, work with energy cords, clear the pathways of the future, energetic liver cleanses and so much more. It will be a prerequisite to the healer path to have completed this first training or have completed a extended training in the same tradition/lineage.
